The private pool was a great feature, perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff were very prompt in attending to our requests, like when we were locked out of our room and needed assistance. we had a pleasant stay at this resort.

The private water chalet provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a couples' retreat. The night view in front of the chalet, with the hymn playing and the colorful fountain following the rhythm, was enchanting. The opportunity to feed the fish in the lake and enjoy their presence was a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel is great in front of the fountain and it's easy to walk to the lake. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is impressive, especially the private pool and jacuzzi. The buggy service and comfortable bed are amazing. Breakfast is impressive, with a variety of foods available.

The hotel needs to improve its ventilation as the indoor air smells musty.

We had a luxurious and unforgettable stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, like the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool, fulfilled all our needs. the sun terrace was perfect for sun lounging and offered a stunning view of the garden area.

The only minor issue we experienced was the service could have been better and more attentive.

What an amazing holiday! We were thrilled with the complementary breakfast every morning. the location was perfect, with easy access and a stunning view of the water. the pool was definitely our favorite spot, with crystal clear water and plenty of space for everyone to swim and play.

That the air conditioning in the room was not as cool as we had hoped. the hot water in the bathroom was not working properly.
