Private onsen was enjoyable, but room was noisy.

Great free wi-fi and flat-screen TV, but no pets allowed. Air conditioning was nice.

We had a considerable issue with noise during our stay, as our room was right next to the main entrance and reception area. Soundproofing was inadequate, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing, mostly lacking any hot options and a bit basic in variety. The lack of language proficiency from some staff made communication frustrating at times.

Had an awesome time here with friends! We loved exploring the forested path nearby and the onsen was great. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Perfect for hanging out after a day at Fuji-Q Highland and enjoying the view of Mt. Fuji. Bike rentals are available for cool rides.

Getting there was a bit tricky since we had to walk 20 minutes from the train station, which included some rough paths. A taxi is a solid option if you have heavy luggage or want to avoid the hassle.

my stay was less than thrilling. the outdoor bath never got hot enough, leaving me freezing! expect no sympathy if you have complaints. and of course, no room upgrade or even a welcome gift for such an obvious loyal guest like me!

We spent 2 nights here and loved it! The cottage was big and comfy, with a lovely garden view. The receptionist was super friendly and even suggested a yummy local restaurant. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more stuff on the menu. Overall, a chill stay close to the mountains!

Loved the close walk to Fuji Q and the self-fill onsen pot was super refreshing.
