The location is perfect, close to Hollywood's main sites but still relaxing. Easy access to Griffith Observatory and Warner Brothers Studios without a car. The room has a beautiful sun terrace. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has great water pressure. The breakfast offers a large assortment of items.

I had a fantastic experience at Elaine's Hollywood Bed & Breakfast. the neighborhood was safe and close to the main part of Hollywood Boulevard. It was just a mile away from Hollywood and Highland, making it convenient for exploring the busy Hollywood area. the host, Elaine, was extremely wonderful and enjoyable to talk to. the house itself was well decorated, cozy, and had a nice porch and yard. Each bedroom had its own private bath, and I was pleasantly surprised to find individual refrigerators in the closets of each room. parking was free and easy with a permit provided by Elaine.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this bed & breakfast. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and exactly as depicted in the images. The highlight was the private terrace/sundeck that offered a stunning view of the Hollywood Hills. The location in a quiet, leafy suburb was perfect as it was within walking distance to many Hollywood attractions and close to public transportation. The off-road parking was convenient, and the complimentary breakfast provided a varied selection of Continental options. The staff, particularly Perry, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more pleasant.

My husband and I had an incredible first experience staying at Elaine's B&B in Hollywood. We stayed for three nights and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to Hollywood. It was beautifully decorated and cozy, with a personal touch. Perry, our host, was a real gentleman and a great conversationalist during breakfast. We enjoyed his homemade breakfast and his helpful advice on traveling. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a separate bathroom and closet. Parking was also not a problem. We felt right at home and can't wait to stay at Elaine's again.

We loved staying at Elaine's. We were there for 2 nights. From the minute you walk in, it feels like home. Elaine and her dog Bizou are so welcoming. Elaine provides a great selection for breakfast in the morning, I particularly enjoyed the pot of tea. Elaine was so helpful. She provided us with a street parking permit, two bus/metro tickets which we could top up at a nearby station, and tips about where to view the Hollywood sign and a lovely local farmers market. The location is perfect and the house is really cosy. Plus, the house is located in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Los Angeles. The room was spacious, clean and pretty much exactly as in the images. I loved having a terrace/sundeck attached to our pink room, it gave us a great view of the Hollywood Hills. The breakfast was Continental and quite varied, not just a croissant and some orange juice.

the location was ideal, tucked away on a quiet street but still within easy reach of popular areas. the room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection each morning was fantastic. Elaine, the host, was an absolute delight and provided us with wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. I can't wait to return in the future.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, with easy access to Hollywood and Sunset. We were able to explore all the iconic sights and attractions in the area without any hassle. Additionally, the host was very friendly and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. the big house had a charming and eclectic style that added to the overall experience.

The cleanliness of the property left something to be desired. Our room had not been properly cleaned, and the patio was dirty and in need of attention.
