Bathtub felt luxurious and had great natural light.

Stylish accommodation, thoughtful amenities, this hotel features a bright lobby with a bar and café, as well as excellent transport connections just a short walk away.

the reception staff was shockingly slow, and the limited English led to confusion, a complete letdown. plus, I expected at least a complimentary welcome drink to make up for it, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. It’s a shame, I almost thought this place was acceptable, but just couldn't ignore the details. definitely not worth the price.

We had an amazing time at this hotel with our two kids. The views of Tokyo from the 14th floor were breathtaking, and the staff made us feel at home, even helping us take family pictures. The free lounge snacks were a hit with the kids!

In my wife's opinion, some restaurants were too far.

This place suits me perfectly, providing internet access, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped me with places to visit. I highly recommend trying their lounge for relaxation. I’m definitely coming back for my next trip!

I enjoyed the amazing views of the city skyline from my room and the delightful afternoon drinks and snacks in the lounge. The breakfast options were great but seemed repetitive after a few days. I'd definitely return!

The hotel offers a lovely, modern atmosphere with a bright lobby area and friendly staff. While breakfast options were somewhat repetitive, the views from the room were spectacular, particularly at night. Despite a lack of local dining options, it served as a great launching point for exploring Tokyo.

I found the location a bit inconvenient for walking to nearby attractions, with limited restaurant options. During my stay, the breakfast selection was disappointing and lacked variety. Additionally, the room temperature control was not effective, leaving the space stuffy and uncomfortable at times.
