We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and the staff made our stay easy and comfortable. The front desk attendant, Vanessa, stood out with her friendly and helpful attitude. The room we stayed in was very nice, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully equipped kitchen in our room, complete with a microwave, burners, utensils, pots. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the large bathroom and great amenities added to our overall positive experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from cold cereal and hot oatmeal to traditional eggs and sausages, sausage gravy & biscuits. Fresh fruit, juice, and excellent coffee with different intensity levels were also available. We were impressed by the hotel and plan on returning in the future.

Rooms exceeded expectations: kitchenette, large shower, 2 queen beds, table and chairs. Breakfast options suited all tastes: cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, gravy & biscuits. Vanessa provided excellent service. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was available past closing time.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was available even after closing time, which was a huge help for us.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay with no complaints whatsoever.

The size of our room at Towneplace Suites was impressive, with two Queen beds, a chair with an ottoman, a full-size table and four chairs, and a spacious kitchenette. The bathroom and shower were also larger than expected, providing ample space during our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff were amazing, providing excellent customer service.

The hotel's breakfast was filling, with a variety of options to choose from. The coffee was also good and helped me start my day off right. Additionally, the pool area was great, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind.

There were a few negatives during my stay. Firstly, there was no outlet at the bathroom sink mirror, making it difficult to use hair dryers and other appliances.

During my Thanksgiving stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. Not only were there two queen beds, but there was also a table with four chairs and a kitchenette. the bathroom was also quite large and impressive. the breakfast offered was filling, providing cereals, yogurts, and breads. What I enjoyed most was that there was a great pool area to have a refreshing swim.

One thing that I disliked about the hotel was that it was a bit out of the way from the main areas of the town. It was located on the edge of a city border, so it was a much farther drive than expected from where I wanted to be.

Some noise disturbances from other guests on the same floor, which required me to use the stove fan to drown out the noise. the cancellation policy was not clearly communicated, resulting in unexpected charges for cancelling the last two nights.
