I recently stayed at Citadines in Shinjuku for a week. The staff were friendly, fluent in both English and Korean, and always willing to help. The bathroom had a glass partition, keeping the toilet area dry. I loved having 2 key cards to access different areas easily. The room had a cozy sofa, and the hotel was conveniently located near Shinjuku Station with plenty of dining options nearby. The neighborhood felt lively, especially with Toho Cinema within walking distance.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel offered two fantastic amenities that made our stay even better. the location was spot on, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. It was a great base for exploring the city during our New Year's trip. the staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed help.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the pillows provided were quite hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is in a great area, only an 8 min walk to Shinjuku station. There are so many great restaurants around. Golden Gai is right next to the hotel for a unique bar experience. The hotel is modern, clean and well positioned. The staff were great. Our room was spacious and the bathroom/shower had good water pressure. The hotel provided disposable slippers and sleeping robes, and they were changed daily. The a/c worked well and there was adequate lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom. The location is excellent, with major shopping malls and attractions within walking distance. There is also a convenience store right opposite the elevator entrance that is open 24 hours.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the spacious and clean room at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple subway stations and endless dining options nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and spoke English fluently, making communication a breeze. Also, the modern bathrooms and nice amenities, like the massage chair, were a nice touch. Plus, having a free breakfast buffet was a great perk.

Conveniently located near Shinjuku Station with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are spacious and equipped with robes and slippers for guests. The shower has good water pressure and the bathroom is kept very clean. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel provides two bottles of water daily and has a coin laundry system for guests' convenience.

the location couldn't have been better, right next to the vibrant Golden Gai area and within walking distance of the subway station and other attractions. Despite being centrally located, it was surprisingly quiet. the room, although small as expected in Japan, was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenient access to Shinjuku and Tokyo!

Located in the lively and colorful Shinjuku district, this hotel is an ideal base for exploring the city. It is close to the bustling red light area and Shinjuku station, making it easily accessible. Guests can enjoy a delicious, affordable lunch buffet and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities one needs.

Some of the rooms seem to have unnecessary furniture, leaving little space to move around comfortably.

The hotel had free wi-fi and complimentary bottled water in the room, which was appreciated. the location was also great, with easy access to the city's nightlife and entertainment scene. the breakfast buffet was a nice touch and had a decent variety of options to choose from.

My New Year's stay at the hotel was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. the bathroom was a bit cramped and had an awkward layout that made it difficult to use comfortably.

The location of Citadines was fantastic, just a short walk from Shinjuku station and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. I had a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and tub, which was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Although the bed was a bit firm for my liking, I still had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to others. a good value for the price.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect. We were surrounded by plenty of options for restaurants, and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The room itself was fantastic. It was spacious, well-designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was huge and more than accommodated our tall frames. The hotel amenities were exceptional, including the complimentary toiletries and daily room service. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
