I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Beverly Hills, in a very safe neighborhood. It was close to the metro, making it really convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms always being well-kept by the cleaners. The staff at the front office were really helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

On our recent trip, we stayed at a conveniently located hotel right on top of the train station. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a deep bathtub for relaxation. The friendly staff provided great service, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We also had the advantage of being able to walk to a small shopping center nearby, where we found local produce and seafood. The location provided stunning views of the city and port.

There were no non-smoking rooms available, which could be an issue for some guests.

Great location next to the train station, which is very convenient for travelers. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and soundproof walls that block all train noise. The hotel offers a Japanese breakfast, and two bottles of water for guests. The WiFi is fast and reliable.

The staff had trouble finding the reservation despite having a hard copy of it. It took some time discussing the issue at the counter before they honored the reservation at the quoted price.
