Our stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Utsunomiya was a delightful experience. The room we chose was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom space. We were also pleased to find a variety of gyoza restaurants and shops near the hotel. The price was reasonable and the receptionists were polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. the room had a good-sized bath and fresh towels were given on the second day. Service was great with English-speaking staff, who made the stay comfortable.

The bed was a bit hard, making it somewhat uncomfortable for sleeping. the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, leading to waits and some confusion.
