I recently stayed at a hotel in Kumamoto and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right opposite the bus terminal and very close to the city hall where I enjoyed some sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a wide range of options, satisfying all tastes. Additionally, the hotel had an onsen for relaxation and even served complimentary ramen noodles in the evening.

The room size was a bit small for my liking.

I had a wonderful stay at Dormy Inn! The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the downtown area and the Kumamoto Castle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Kim at the front desk.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The hotel is a great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Located conveniently between the JR station and the shopping streets in town, it's perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room were sufficient for my needs. Even though there was not much space for my three big suitcases, the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious food options.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The on-site onsen was a highlight, providing a truly authentic Japanese experience. The newly renovated room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the complimentary glass of beer and bowl of ramen. The hotel's location was perfect, close to popular sights and shopping arcades. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was decent and the free coffee and tea near the lobby were appreciated. the location of the hotel was convenient with plenty of tourist spots nearby. the room was spacious enough and the staff was helpful.

The air conditioning system was painfully outdated and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortably warm throughout the night. the complimentary noodle soup was subpar and unappetizing.
