The hotel itself is quite modern and clean. The fact that the rooms were newly built made everything feel fresh and nice. the hotel provides a coffee machine at the reception area which is always a plus. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and convenience stores.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the pillows were not very comfortable. , the room could get quite warm and the windows were not able to be opened for fresh air.

Newly opened, fresh rooms. Small but typical for Japan. Self-serve amenities at reception. Conveniently located near kitchenstreet and 24/7 store. 5-minute walk to Tawaramachi station. Will return.
