I loved my stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were amazing. The open-air courtyard gave it a unique and relaxing atmosphere, almost like a Balinese-spa. The location was perfect, in a great area of the city and just a short distance from the One World Tower and its Observatory. The staff was also fantastic, always friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed with antique-like wood and copper furniture, and personalized with interesting books on the shelves. The deep marble bathtubs were a luxurious touch, filling up in less than 60 seconds. The spa was outstanding, and we spent a lot of time in the private lounge by the fireplace. The location in this city's TriBeCa area was perfect, with a strong sense of community and a funky mix of shops, boutiques, galleries, restaurants. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff were all top-notch.

We chose the hotel for our honeymoon and loved the stylish Moroccan-inspired decor, as well as the downtown location in TriBeCa. The therapy and swimming pool were fantastic, and the courtyard garden provided a tranquil and romantic atmosphere. The lobby and lounge were beautifully decorated and inviting, and my room felt like a luxurious cocoon. The friendly staff added to the relaxed atmosphere and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in NYC.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast offered was delicious. we were impressed with every aspect of our stay.

The Japanese-inspired spa, although I didn't have a chance to experience it, is sure to be incredible. a phenomenal and memorable stay.

Charming rooms and sitting areas, fabulous food and cocktails, great workout facility, relaxing pool area, and a fun neighborhood. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno presso questo hotel. Innanzitutto, la posizione è eccellente, molto vicina alla spiaggia. La camera aveva un piccolo terrazzino con vista sul mare, nonostante fossimo al primo piano. Inoltre, la colazione servita era davvero ottima, con una selezione di cibi freschi e deliziosi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, risolvendo prontamente un problema di pulizia che abbiamo segnalato. In generale, siamo rimasti colpiti dalle comodità offerte dalla struttura e dalla vista mozzafiato dal nostro balcone.

L'unica nota negativa è stata l'accoglienza all'arrivo, dove abbiamo riscontrato una certa diffidenza da parte del portiere riguardo al nostro pagamento.

Deliciously puffy bedding, clean and lowkey ambiance, attentive and polite staff, huge bathroom with upscale toiletries, complimentary snacks and drinks, beautifully designed pool/spa/gym areas.
