The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, providing fast check-in. They were helpful and accommodated our requests for bedding and towels. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and drying room. The location was convenient, close to a local train station and within walking distance of a JR station. The use of a door code instead of a key card was convenient.
