The hotel's location is good, especially with Aeon within a few minutes' walk. the cleaning team was attentive, providing daily bathroom toiletries without request. the room, though small, had all necessities and comfortable amenities. Quiet surroundings near Fujinomiya station. the breakfast spread was decent, with friendly kitchen staff maintaining the buffet. the town offers serenity near Mt. Fuji and nearby attractions are easily accessible. the staff assisted with luggage storage, and the cozy open, air bath was a relaxing retreat. the room offered splendid views of Mount Fuji. A supermarket nearby added convenience. Nonetheless, the staff resolved the matter and ensured accommodation as booked. being able to keep a bicycle in the room and the availability of a Western, style breakfast were appreciated touches. the landmarks nearby, like the Fujisan World Heritage Center and Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine, offered enriching experiences, complementing the relaxation provided by the open, air bath and friendly service.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and the room was spotlessly clean and comfy, with a cool two-sided pillow that was surprisingly useful. Breakfast was decent, especially the bread selection, and the lady in charge was lovely and on top of things. the only downside was the slightly late 3 pm check-in time, but they gladly stored our bags until then, so no biggie! 🌞

At Fujinomiya Fujikyu, we were pleasantly surprised by the morning view of Mt. Fuji from the end-of-hall door. the comfortable beds and free Japanese breakfast made our stay cozy and convenient. the location near the station and AEON mall was ideal. Despite minor inconveniences like having to hand in the key and small bathroom, the overall experience was positive. We enjoyed a peaceful stay with good amenities and a friendly atmosphere.
