During my stay at Grand Hyatt, I was delighted with the hotel's prime location near Tenjin and the Canal City shopping complex. Being just a short walk away, there was no shortage of things to do and explore in the area. Additionally, the room provided a comfortable and pleasant stay, ensuring a peaceful night's rest.

Temperature control was off.

As bike riders, we loved the easily accessible location near Tenjin and Hakata stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel also offers a special parking facility for larger vehicles like ours. The spacious and well-appointed room provided a comfortable stay, and the amenities were top-notch. The bathroom was a highlight with its luxurious features, including a large bathtub, double shower, and even a TV. We also appreciated the attention to detail, with fresh yukata every night, slippers, robes, and high-quality toiletries. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly at the Bell desk, exceeded our expectations and provided exceptional service.

We felt like we were treated like royalty throughout our stay and had nothing to complain about.

We stayed at this hotel for Christmas and we were pleasantly surprised with the two complementary facts we were offered. The hotel's location is also ideal, as it is situated near many restaurants and temples. there was a walkway from the hotel that led directly to a shopping center, which was very convenient.

The hotel's rooms were a bit disappointing. They looked a bit old and aged, and we encountered some unpleasant smells.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel is a true luxury experience. The exclusive amenities provided in the room such as a Nespresso coffee maker and high-speed WiFi really exceeded my expectations. The spa center offered massage, beauty treatment, steam room, and sauna which were excellent. The location was also superb, with easy access to the train station and downtown areas.

The additional fee required to use the indoor swimming pool was unexpected. In addition, the breakfast could have had more variety like adding pancakes or waffles to the selection.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to Canal City for shopping and dining. The room I booked with club lounge access was definitely worth the extra cost. Afternoon tea and happy hour with champagne and wine in the club lounge were a treat. The swimming pool and gym were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, especially from the Bell desk. They were always warm, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the river. a fantastic experience at Grand Hyatt.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the air conditioning in the rooms, which resulted in discomfort during their stay.
