The hotel staff were excellent, from check-in to check-out. They were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the hotel also had a nice swimming pool which was a great bonus. the complimentary shuttle bus to the nearby train station was very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

One downside of the hotel was its location. It was a bit far from the city center and the complimentary shuttle bus didn't run frequently enough.

Convenient location for visiting Miyajima island and a natural reserve. Perfect for families with a pool and accommodating for babies.

We stayed at a hotel a little out of town, but they provided a free shuttle service, which was unfortunately not very frequent. So, we ended up taking taxis, which cost us around 2200-2500 yen each time. The hotel is situated in an industrial area, but once inside, you're welcomed by a grand entrance. The room and bathroom were on the smaller side, but we were only there for one night. The amenities provided were great, including the comfortable bed, pillows, and cozy robes. Despite turning down the heating, the room still felt warm. We had dinner at a restaurant called Boston, and although it was a bit pricey, the food was delicious, beautifully presented.

The view is stunning, especially overlooking Port Hiroshima. The location is convenient for visiting Miyajima island, with a free shuttle service to and from Hiroshima station. The Japanese restaurant, Nada Man, offers delicious cuisine and excellent service from the manager, Akiko Kawakami. The room is spacious and there are state-of-the-art facilities, a convenience store, and restaurants inside the hotel. The bath house also has a scenic view of the mountains, adding to the overall unique experience.

During my stay at the Grand Prince Hotel, I was amazed by the breathtaking views of the ocean. The room I stayed in had a perfect location with large windows overlooking the beautiful bay areas, creating a serene atmosphere. It was clean, quiet, and spacious, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. The shower had excellent water pressure, giving me a refreshing experience. I also enjoyed the nice lobby area, creating a welcoming ambiance.

Although there were some minor setbacks, such as the location being a 10-minute walk from the nearest tram station and the additional fees for the fitness center, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience. The room prices were fair, considering the stunning front views and spacious room compared to other hotels in the city center.
