I recently stayed at Hampton Inn during a leisure trip to Greenville. The hotel was beautiful and impeccably clean, including our room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as always. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The location, directly across from the mall, was perfect and there were plenty of dining options nearby.

Despite the wonderful experience, there was one minor inconvenience. One of the staff members at the desk was unfriendly and rude.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location directly across from the mall is perfect, with lots to do in the area. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all there. The rooms are comfortable, with a TV and plenty of channels to watch. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, with a comfortable bed and lots of options to choose from.

I was disappointed to find a stain on the bedding in my room. It was not a pleasant sight and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn Greenville/I-385 Haywood Mall. The hotel lobby was spacious and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was impeccably clean and the bathroom was spacious, making our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal, being right off I-385 and close to both the mall and downtown area. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed was incredibly cozy and the room was spacious. The staff gave us a coupon for a local restaurant and were very helpful throughout our stay. The young lady at the front desk even moved her own vehicle so we could have a parking spot.

We felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.

This hotel is perfectly located right across from the mall and has plenty of things to do nearby. The prices are affordable, and the rooms are equipped with a kitchen, so I was able to make my own meals for the rest of my drive. The staff were very friendly and made sure that everything was up to par. I also loved that breakfast was included in the price, and it was a fantastic spread with plenty of options to choose from.
