The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great beds. The rooftop pool had a lovely view of the city and was a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, right next to some of the best restaurants, cafes, and shopping. We also appreciated the availability of transportation options, including the nearby metro stop.

Located conveniently above the metro station, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city, shopping centers, and heritage buildings nearby. The breakfast and supper buffets exceeded expectations, according to guests, while the pool offered great city and marina views.

During our New Year stay, we were offered complimentary drinks at check-in and chocolates in the room which was a nice touch. the location was key as it was close to all the festivities and had convenient access to public transportation. the pool area was also a plus, with comfortable loungers and a great view.

The food was not up to par and lacked variety. the service could have been improved and was not up to our expectations.

Here was a fantastic location, right above a shopping centre that was just a stone's throw away from the famous Orchard shopping strip. The staff were all extremely friendly and willing to accommodate any request. The rooftop pool provided an excellent respite, and the indoor swimming pool ensured that there was always a nice swimming option. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning and an electric kettle, providing everything necessary for an enjoyable stay.

our recent stay in singapore was absolutely incredible. we were blown away by jen singapore orchardgateway's amazing staff, spacious and clean rooms, and the breathtaking pool on the rooftop. the location was perfect, right in the heart of orchard road with easy access to transportation. overall, it exceeded all our expectations for a romantic getaway.

A fantastic hotel located in the heart of Orchard Road, directly above a shopping center and train station, and close to all the attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay and provided excellent advice on places to visit. The breakfast buffet offered a fresh and varied selection, while the clean and comfortable rooms provided a restful oasis. The infinity pool on the 19th floor was a true highlight, offering a relaxing escape from the city buzz. Furthermore, the Singapore Visitor Centre across the street was conveniently located for all tourist information needs.

I recently stayed at the Jen Orchardgateway hotel for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything with easy access to public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The highlight for me was definitely the beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views of Marina Bay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. great value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
