Yuyado Zen offers amazing views, quality rooms, and top-notch facilities. the staff are attentive, professional, and go the extra mile to cater to guests' needs. the private hot spring bath on the balcony is rejuvenating, and the Kaiseki meals are delightful. the location is serene and ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Some areas appear dingy and old-fashioned. Meals are served at set times.

My Christmas stay was delightful as I got complimentary items in the room's mini-bar, which made me feel like I was getting a great deal for my money. the hotel staff was also particularly helpful in guiding me to the local amenities and attractions around the property. the town's quiet neighborhood was an ideal location for a serene, relaxing holiday, and the hotel room's semi-outdoor onsen bath was exceptional and so soothing for the body.

The TV channels offered were entirely in Japanese, which I found to be a significant inconvenience. the hotel's onsen facilities were quite limited, consisting solely of the bathtub on the balcony.

As bike riders, we were thrilled to find that Hakone Yuyado offered free bike rental, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings at our own pace.

The food was another standout feature, with each meal offering a unique and delicious adventure. the enhanced comfort and quality services at this hotel made my stay unforgettable.
