The location was perfect, surrounded by a fairy tale forest but still just a 15-minute walk to a bustling main street with plenty of dining options. The staff went above and beyond, giving us rides, helping with reservations, and always being just a phone call away.

Breakfast choices could have been better, but overall it was a fantastic stay.

We stayed at a top apartment in Hakuba for our ski trip. The hosts were delightful and efficient. The apartment was walkable to the Base Camp, ski rental shops, and various eating places in Echoland. It was also a short shuttle ride to the Happo One ski field and chairlifts. The owner was very helpful and patient with our questions. The kitchenette saved us money and the owner even offered a shuttle to the supermarket. Would recommend to larger parties or small groups!

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy wooden cottage in Hakuba. The location was easy to find and within walking distance of the check-in/out area. The cottage was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for our group of five. The staff was friendly and even provided a shuttle service when needed. They also offered a discount for ski equipment rental, which was a great bonus. The cottage had a peaceful and idyllic setting, perfect for a break from city life. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotlessly clean floors and a lovely cedar scent. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and the water heater provided hot water immediately. The beds were super comfortable, with soft pillows and warm duvets. The loft area was a great hangout spot for the kids. I would completely recommend this property to travelers with larger parties or small groups.

We had a great stay at Brownie Cottages. The location was perfect, close to lifts, supermarket, and onsen, which made our stay very convenient. The cottage itself had all the amenities we needed, including cooking utensils and a rice cooker. The loft area was warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing/snowboarding. Stayed at Brownie Cottages and had a fantastic time! The manager, Tetsu, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He even offered to take us to nearby attractions and ski slopes in his minibus. The cottage was clean and cozy, perfect for a winter getaway. We especially loved the short walk to Echoland main street. highly recommend!

The pick-up and drop-off service from the bus terminal was a huge convenience. The hosts were incredibly friendly.
