We got incredible value for our money at Mominoki. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for skiing. The staff treated us like VIPs throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could have had more variety.

We loved staying at this hotel! the location was fantastic. It was right on the shuttle route for all the ski resorts, making it so convenient to get to the different ski lifts and explore the whole mountain. Secondly, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They provided a free shuttle service, which made it easy to get around, and even recommended excellent restaurants in the area. Lastly, the hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing in the hot spring bath with its beautiful outdoor view.

This place is an absolute gem. We highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel was in a great location for skiing, we could reach the closest chairlift from the hotel. The lounge area was very cozy with comfortable sofas and chairs, and there was a lovely fireside seating area by the bar. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a good range of Western and Japanese cuisine.

The range of food options around the town became limited towards the end of our stay. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided a list of open restaurants for guests to refer to instead of having to spend time googling restaurants.

We had an amazing time at the Hakuba Mominoki. The staff kept us updated on the snow conditions, ensuring we had a great skiing experience. The friendly receptionists made us feel welcome and were fluent in English. The hotel's location was convenient, with a free shuttle to nearby restaurants and an on-site ski rental store. The onsen was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The breakfast buffet was delicious, although it could have used more variety. our stay was satisfying and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for your Hakuba ski trip.
