We had an absolute blast at this place. They opened up the pool just for our kids and even helped out with extra towels like they were family. My son lost his AirPods and the staff, Monica in particular, was a lifesaver,, she kept in touch, tracking them down for days until they finally got them back to us. It really made his day. can't say enough about how much they care for their guests!

It could've been pricier, but still not too bad overall.

Consider asking for fresh fruit options at breakfast if you're looking for healthier choices beyond the standard fare.

We enjoyed our stay with a great location close to New Era Field, perfect for taking in a Bills game. The breakfast offered a wide variety, making mornings delightful for our family. Our room was comfortable and spacious, accommodating three adults and a toddler with ease.

But let’s be real, the stale smoke smell in the lobby was a bit much—like I walked into a former cheese factory!

this hotel just couldn’t be worse. waited an hour and a half for my room to be ready, with a staff member yelling at me! the room was filthy, crumbs everywhere. pillows were horrendously uncomfortable, not to mention the icy-cold refrigerator. i thought i woudl ve been treated like a special guest, but i guess that’s just not in their budget. absoluteley tragic.

Quiet rooms, warm pool

I really enjoyed the friendly vibe and loved the wide variety of options at breakfast! The indoor pool and cozy leisure room were great for kicking back after a long day. The room felt a little worn, but it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience— definitely pack your swimsuit! 😊

I stayed at country inn & suites by radisson for 2 nights and loved the location. it’s close to shops and restaurants. the shower was huge with great water pressure. the quick text check-out was a nice touch. the friendly vibe and breakfast variety really added to my experience.

Great location! The hotel was easy to get to and it felt safe. My room had a nice vibe, and everything was quite cozy. Can't complain about that!

However, the whole place could use a good upgrade—maybe a 90's time capsule theme would work for them? And that smell? Good grief, I thought I walked into a cheese shop!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a snack bar. The staff once helped me retrieve a shower bag I forgot, which shows their great service. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for Easter!
