This hotel was such a great find in a perfect location. It was super convenient being close to Hamamatsucho station and just a short walk away from Shimbashi where you can find some amazing food options. The view from our room on the 14th floor was absolutely stunning, especially with the Tokyo Tower in sight. The room itself was well-equipped with a fridge and a clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary amenities and even offering to restock them without entering our room. Additionally, having breakfast included was a nice touch and added to the overall value for money.

We stayed at Henn Na Hotel in a small but manageable room for 4 days. the staff were ever helpful and friendly, even during a Typhoon. the location near Hamamatsucho Station was perfect for our half-day Tokyo tour and Mt Fuji excursion. There were also great Japanese restaurants and bars in the station itself, making it an ideal place for dinner and drinks. the check-in and check-out process was fully automated but very easy to use.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, with Tokyo Tower just a short 10-minute walk away. Being close to Daimon station and the Tokyo monorail made exploring popular areas like Shibuya and Roppongi a breeze. The hotel's high-tech, well-equipped rooms were impressive, with everything we needed and a futuristic touch. The presence of friendly robots at the reception added a cool factor to our stay. Free luggage storage and nearby convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants made our experience even better.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. It was so convenient being close to the station, especially since we could easily access Haneda airport. Secondly, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. And finally, our room had a stunning view of Tokyo Tower, which was a wonderful sight to wake up to every morning. I was very impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail this hotel offered.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in a convenient area near Ginza and Tokyo station. The hotel provided easy access to the tube and was also close to the Hamamatsu station. Our room had a breathtaking view of Tokyo Tower and was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were great. We particularly enjoyed the nice bar downstairs where we could watch sports and have some food.

The automatic check-in process was not as smooth as we expected.

The "LG Styler" worked well on clothes, and the window in the room allowed for ventilation and even offered a nice view of Tokyo Tower. The wireless internet connection was reliable, and the Chromecast connected to the TV was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.
