We stayed at a hotel with a unique location on a raised wooden platform, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. The rooms were spacious with balconies, and the ensuite bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided outstanding service from check-in to check-out, ensuring that our stay was flawless. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and there was a kids room available for our little one. The hotel also offered shuttle services to nearby stations, making it convenient for day trips to Hakone.

There were limited dining options in the vicinity, and the hotel's own restaurants were quite expensive.

Spent Easter here and had a great time! Loved the big indoor and outdoor pool, and sauna. Plus, the views from the hotel were breathtaking! The hotel also offered an amazing game area with lots of activities to choose from.

The food wasn't amazing and somewhat overpriced. while the facilities were overall in good condition, the rooms could use some updating.

The hotel's restaurant and bar offered special diet menus, and the in-room breakfast was one of the best I've had.

The shuttle bus had limited access to the hotel, which made access difficult without a car. The fee for some services was higher than expected.
