The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from their warm greetings upon arrival to their willingness to assist with any requests. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a private Onsen-tub that was perfect for relaxing. The dinner and breakfast provided were delicious, served in a private room for a more intimate experience. it was a delightful stay.

During our Easter holiday, we had a unique experience at the hotel. The calming hot spring was one of the best aspects of our stay. We enjoyed the great hospitality of the staff who were attentive and welcoming. to the superb in-room dining, we appreciated the delicious breakfast and dinner served in the private restaurant. we had the pleasure of being picked up from the nearby train station by a friendly driver. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old quarter and is within walking distance to all the attractions.

We were let down by some aspects of our stay. Although the staff provided wonderful service, we found that the furnishings and linens lacked coziness and needed renovating.
