We stayed at Hotel Reforma for three nights and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and a variety of restaurants. The fact that they accepted pets was a huge bonus for us, and the included parking nearby was very convenient. The lobby entrance and staircase were charming, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the city center and near all the main areas of the city. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were great - there was even an AC in our room that, while older, worked perfectly. Plus, a lovely breakfast with pastries was included in the rate.

reforma exceeded my expectations during my valintines day stay in merida. the budget hotel had charm, a lovely pool, clean rooms with good wifi, comfy beds, and even a hammock. the staff was friendly and the location perfect. couldn't ask for more.

Shower had only cold water.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of a historic city. The location was superb, with everything we wanted to see just steps away. The hotel had a lot of character, and the rooms were clean and bright, complete with comfortable beds and a hammock for relaxation. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the courtyard garden with a pool added a touch of tranquility to our experience.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, just around the corner from the main square. The nice interior courtyard provides a peaceful retreat and the garden adds a touch of serenity to the atmosphere. Close to everywhere in Centro, it's a great base for exploring the city and experiencing the vibrant nightlife.

The noise from the street may disturb light sleepers.

Felt really good, no complaints.

The staff at this hotel were incredible! They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I was able to check in early and they even let me check back into my room when my bus was cancelled. Communication with the staff was easy, even though I don't speak Spanish. the bed was large and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also enjoyed the nice hot shower and the complimentary toiletries.

There were a few maintenance issues in my room, such as a broken shower head and no hot water in the wash basin. the private bathrooms also showed signs of aging.

We stayed in one of the upstairs rooms at the Reforma and were impressed by the high ceilings and the well-preserved condition of the building. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including hot water and air conditioning. The location was great, just a short walk from the centro park and we even got to enjoy the cool light show on the face of the church. our stay at the Reforma was well worth it and we would definitely come back again.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was perfect with a large comfy bed, air conditioning, and a nice hot shower with complimentary toiletries. The location was ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, parking, and a mini-market. The staff treated us well, going above and beyond to help us out, even allowing us to check back into our room when our bus was cancelled.

The only thing I wish could be improved is the breakfast option.

The service at the reception was not up to par, with the staff lacking in friendliness and knowledge. the walls of the hotel were very thin, allowing us to hear every whisper from our neighbors, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
