The staff were amazing, especially when I was recovering from the flu. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to Grand Central Market and the freeway. The concierge floor had a great city view and delicious food. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, close to many tourist sites and metro connections. The room was spacious with a great view of the city. The staff was accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The buffet brunch was delightful, and the gift shop was open late to stock up on your favorite snacks.

The housekeeping service left something to be desired, with scuff marks on walls and stains on lampshades and bedding.

The proximity to Pershing Square was also a great advantage, allowing for easy exploration of the downtown area. the hotel's 10 four-bedroom ranch houses provided a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that allowed me to feel right at home during my brief stay.
