We had a delightful stay at Hotel New Grand for our Yokohama trip. The bed was comfy, and the room had a classic yet modern feel. The location was super convenient, with many places of interest within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and made us feel like royalty. The views of the harbor were fabulous, and the room amenities exceeded our expectations. a wonderful experience!

The lack of complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the rooms was disappointing. the elevator was slow and the carpets in some areas showed wear and tear.
