The freshly brewed coffee in the lobby was a delightful pick-me-up before heading out to discover culinary gems around the French Quarter! The cleanliness of my room was a breath of fresh air, and I loved the non-carpeted floors—much easier to keep tidy in a busy hotel like this!

A cheeky note, while the property didn’t have a pool or laundry services during renovations, the staff's support brightened my stay!

this hotel has potential, but where's the special treatment I deserve? the room door didn’t close properly, and we could hear street music at 2am. I mean, honestly, I expected to be pampered with at least a complimentary breakfast for all three of us, but nooo. just couldn’t give a good review after that.

Howay, man! This place is canny nice, right near all the good spots in the French Quarter. Rooms are dead clean and pretty big, really enjoyed me stay! Just a shame the brekkie wasn’t included. a bit of a letdown, like.

Urgent need for better communication regarding services offered!!! The noise from hallways disturbed my sleep, and the sliding barn door design lacked privacy!!! Carpets carry unpleasant odors, signaling ineffective cleaning practices!!! Inconsistent housekeeping left my room uncleaned at crucial times!!! Parking fees are excessive for limited valet services!!! Lack of lighting in rooms makes them feel less inviting!!!

Absolutely loved the vibe here—so close to Bourbon but still quiet. The staff were super friendly, chommies at reception were on point. The room had a proper lekker bed, perfect after long days exploring the city. Also loved the little touches like the nice shower and those Paul Mitchell toiletries!

Only thing was the carpet looked a bit older, but it didn't ruin the whole experience—was still decent!

Spacious Adapted bath room with air conditioning was a win! The roll-in shower was super convenient. Loved the fitness center and spa facilities. The body scrub was heavenly and the couples massage was relaxing. The mini-kitchenette made things easy. Fridge kept our drinks cold. Had a great time chilling in the seating area too.

Had an amazing time with friends hanging out at the French market and enjoying live music in Jackson Square, both just a walk away. The location was perfect, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, just remember that parking can be a bit of a hassle with valet fees.

The location was heaps good, but the ac barely worked, making our stay hotter than a BBQ in summer. Staff were choice, though! Chur!

location was spot on, just a jump away from Bourbon Street (so handy during jazz fest! ). staff was super friendly and always ready to help with directions and recommendations. also, that room security setup with keycards added a nice peace of mind, love it!

This place is just a top selection for a brief pause in New Orleans with great value. The staff was super helpful in making arrangements for our taxi pickup, which made getting around the city easy. Make sure to explore the cafe for a quick and affordable breakfast before heading out.

The room was super clean with a fridge, and I loved the location near the French Quarter. We enjoyed a King/King room layout that was perfect for our family of four, really convenient and spacious.

Felt very welcome, no complaint.
