I recently stayed at Courtyard in the heart of the French Quarter for a few nights. The location was incredible, just steps away from all the action. The staff was friendly, efficient, and even made us Starbucks coffee. The room was spotless, with fresh towels and comfortable beds. it was excellent value for money and will be our first choice whenever we visit.

My friend and I had a great stay at this hotel during the Essence Festival. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of all the entertainment in the center of everything. We also appreciated the value for money, with basic amenities included in the room such as a fridge and sink. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa bed.

The hotel has all the necessary amenities that one could ask for, including ironing facilities, in-room safe and a refrigerator. The hotel also has a swimming pool, fitness studio and leisure/ TV room to keep its guests entertained and active.

The highlight for us was the spacious room with two king-sized beds, perfect for our family of four. The room was divided by a large bathroom, giving each section its own privacy. The beds were comfortable, although we would prefer larger sheets. The room service was satisfactory, especially for hungry kids. The shower had high-quality toiletries and the staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more enjoyable. The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice addition, and the staff there were hard-working and accommodating. We were impressed with the ease of getting an uber or taxi, thanks to the helpful staff.

Breakfast was disappointing. We were expecting a full service breakfast with more options, but were only offered coffee with pastries or a breakfast sandwich. The false advertising was quite disappointing. Additionally, the parking costs were ridiculously expensive, much higher than what we were initially told. It would have been great to have more towels provided, as we had to repeatedly request them from housekeeping.

Great location for dining out & getting to the French Quarter. The rooms were spacious considering there were 2 King beds and we had a great view. Breakfast was included which was a plus.
