Located on a beach with a private cenote, perfect for relaxation. Spacious apartment-style accommodation, ideal for families. Friendly staff assisted with excursion arrangements. Enjoyed swimming in the cenote and the sea. Good food and amenities including hammocks and pool.

The hotel had a great location, right on the beach, offering a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms were spacious and clean, allowing us to enjoy stunning sunrises every morning. The beach area was peaceful, with crystal clear water in the Caleta, and there was a lagoon area for swimming without seaweed.

The kitchenette in the room was lacking basic utensils and supplies, making it difficult for guests to prepare meals.

the beach/jungle location at caleta tankah was awesome. the private cenote and swimming area were incredible. the staff was great and the breakfast was good. it exceeded my expectations for a city holiday in tulum.

The location of Caleta Tankah is absolutely stunning. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and the beautiful views of the beach.

This hotel is located right on the beach, giving guests a beautiful view along a stunning beach. The service is fantastic, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and offer great amenities in the water.

All was satisfactory, no improvements necessary.

Incredible, isolated place with only the sound of waves and wind. Clean air, few people, just birds. A few hundred meters from the hotel beach is an amazing beach with crabs, fish, and turtles. Hot water, wonderful A/C, and plenty of fish to see in the Caleta. Secluded location right on the beach, private, intimate. Friendly staff!

The location of the hotel was also ideal, providing great access to public transportation and making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Another advantage was the exclusive services provided by the hotel, which made us feel quite pampered.

In particular, the wait staff was not friendly and the cleaning staff was intrusive. we would not recommend this hotel for your next city break.

Located on the beach with large comfortable rooms, good shower, and fun cenote. Nice pool, hammocks, and beach amenities. Staff available for late check-in and helpful with room assignments. Affordable colectivo vans available for transportation. Beautiful oceanfront location.

The location of our beachfront hotel was superb, just steps away from the beautiful turquoise waters. We enjoyed easy access to the beach club on the property, where we could relax and soak up the sun. Being situated next to a national park added to the charm, as we were treated to breathtaking sunrise views. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and roomy bathroom. The friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The wifi connection was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our visit.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to catch a collectivo to explore the surrounding areas. Situated in the remote jungle, it offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. And of course, the highlight is being right on the beautiful beaches.
