i expected better than this so-called hotel. the restaurant closed at 4pm and the food was barely edible, a true letdown. the pool was dirty and no one even bothered to address it when i brought it up. after all this, it would have been nice to receive some kind of upgrade or a complimentary drink, but guess not. just couldn’t believe it.

No reservation honored, caused major inconvenience.

i recently stayed in tulum and this place exceeded my expectations. the tranquil atmosphere, with its beautiful cenote and stunning views of the beach, made for a perfect getaway. it was a refreshing break that allowed me to truly connect with nature.

the wifi in the rooms was not working well.

the cenote was a fun change of pace, but the food is pricey for resort fare.

The location is amazing. Sea view from every window. Sandy beach, cenote, flora and fauna are beautiful , making it perfect for beach lovers seeking tranquility.

The spacious room had a comfy couch and a fridge. A shared patio with lawn chairs right by the beach, making it super relaxing. I loved lounging by the pool and enjoyed a refreshing swim in the on-site cenote too. 😊

the beachfront location is stunning, with clear waters for swimming and a beautiful cenote nearby. we enjoyed the spacious rooms and the friendly staff made our stay even better. the food was surprisingly good! (especially the fish tacos! )

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that the archaeological site and stunning beach are less than 2 km away, making exploring Tulum's history and natural beauty a breeze. I truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere by the cenote, which was a refreshing change from the beach, especially on hot days.

Stunning ocean views greet you from every window, making the spacious rooms feel even more relaxing. The calm, clean cenote on-site provided a refreshing break from the beach, which is best enjoyed for lounging rather than swimming due to rocky areas and strong currents. The breakfast service was commendable, particularly from Miguel, who offered a friendly touch to mornings. However, the lack of consistent hot water and minimal housekeeping during the week detracted from the overall experience.
