Traveling to enjoy the winter season, our multi-night stay at Prince was exceptional. the bright and cozy cottages were ideal for our family of 6. Convenient shuttle services and friendly staff contributed to a stress-free visit. the ski park's equipment rentals and skilled instructors enhanced our experience, and the on-site amenities like a store and efficient laundry service were convenient. the hotel's restaurant's buffet meals were delicious, although more variety would have been appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay with spacious rooms offering great views of the garden. the hot spring experience was phenomenal with clean, natural water and a relaxing sauna. the hotel's connection to the shopping mall made it convenient for shopping and dining. the kid's play area and Family Mart were convenient additions for families.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is simply breathtaking - right by a charming pond that adds to the serene surroundings. The service was impeccable, with room service, car and bicycle hire, and even shuttle service available. I also loved the fact that I could rent ski equipment on-site, and that there was a ski to door option. The amenities in the room were excellent, with heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area to relax in. Not to mention the free Wi-Fi, towels, and toiletries available. The friendly and helpful staff also made my stay all the more memorable.

Convenient location, just a short walk to shopping center and train station. On-site convenience store makes it easy to grab snacks. Clean and well-designed hot spring. Friendly concierge staff. Alternate pick-up arranged when we missed the shuttle bus.

Loved the little wood houses! The proximity to the ski chair lifts made it so convenient for our family with young kids. The outlet next to the hotel had a wide range of restaurants and great bargains. I highly recommend this hotel for a ski holiday.

Our romantic escape was slightly ruined by the lack of privacy, as the walls of our room were too thin and we could hear other guests' conversations and activities. the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, leaving us very uncomfortable during the hot summer nights.
