The hotel is conveniently located next to JR Yamagata Station, with a taxi rank and bus stop nearby. The corner room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and offered a good view of the mountain and the city. The hotel is directly connected to the shopping centre and within walking distance of many restaurants.

Felt very much at home, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being just outside the JR station. This makes it easy to access trains and buses for exploring the Yamagata region. Additionally, the hotel is right at the train station, making it a perfect base for travelers. Moreover, the hotel is close to the shopping center, providing guests with plenty of dining and shopping options.

The bathroom amenities were not up to expectations, with previous guests mentioning that the bathrooms at another hotel in the same chain were much nicer.

They are always ready to assist, despite not all of them speaking fluent English. Lastly, the rooms with large windows offer a wonderful view of the station forecourt, allowing you to soak in the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, the daily breakfast selection is satisfying and provides a great start to the day.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

Conveniently located near Yamagata Station, the hotel offers easy access to transportation. I appreciated the spacious and clean room, as well as the comfortable bed. The free wifi was a bonus. I would recommend Metropolitan for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel had two complementary facts that I appreciated. there were big, spacious windows that provided lovely views of the surrounding mountains. the hotel had a combination of western and Japanese style that gave it an old fashioned charm. the location of the hotel was also convenient as it was located in the same building as the train station and there were shops just downstairs. Lastly, there were many bars and restaurants nearby to try.

The bathroom was quite small compared to the size of the room. However, it was still functional, and the shower had good water pressure.
