The lobby on the 22nd floor is unnecessarily inconvenient!!! Namba's maze-like layout can leave guests lost, and a room safe should definitely be included for added security!!! Also, I'd expect more space in a family room!!!

Everything was impeccable.

The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the Namba subway station, making travel a breeze. We love how close it is to various dining options and shops, including a supermarket right beneath the hotel. It’s incredibly convenient for families, especially after long days of exploring.

The air conditioning in the room can be a bit noisy at times.

Great spot for a city getaway!

Took a little trip and stayed there for 3 nights. The city view from the top floor was insane! Fresh towels every day and they had a fridge, which was clutch for keeping drinks cold. Plus, I liked that the bed wasn't against the wall, way easier to get in and out. The supermarket below the hotel was gold for late-night snacks!

I enjoyed my stay and found it convenient for transport. The direct bus to the airport was right next door. I walked to the nearby subway station, which connected me to local spots easily. The hotel offered comfort, and I appreciated the facilities available. One spot I found handy was a supermarket below for snacks. I’m from Italy and loved how accessible everything was.

Our stay was enjoyable, as the direct access to Namba Station made our travels easy. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was a pleasant surprise, offering delicious local dishes. Just a heads up, navigate through the lobby early to avoid elevator congestion! Would definitely return.

But the WiFi was as cooperative as a cat in a bath, and the cleaning could use a bit of pep—who knew towels could look like they survived a mud fight?

Had an awesome stay! Loved the spacious double room with a stunning night city view. The complimentary handy phone was a lifesaver for getting around. But, the freezing AC was a little distracting at times. Definitely coming back!
