We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, with a large window and chairs that provided a great view of the city. The hotel grounds were beautiful and provided a peaceful escape from the busy city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were always taxis available at the front entrance. We also enjoyed the tasty room service food and the beautiful view from the breakfast room.

Beautiful older hotel near the palace, great location. Triple room was spacious with comfortable beds and a small lounge area. Excellent service from helpful staff. Nice gardens. Room amenities were outstanding, including pyjamas, toiletries, robe, slippers. Convenient airport bus from Narita. Close to subway station and many restaurants in the area. Wi-Fi worked well. Stay here for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in.

This hotel has it all - shops, spa, dentist, even a post office! The bar on the top floor offers stunning views, and the giant koi in the ponds are a sight to behold!
