Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Meerblick war ein Genuss. Die freundliche Bedienung im Restaurant und an der Rezeption war bemerkenswert. Das Frühstück mit English Breakfast und köstlichen Croissants war ausgezeichnet. Das WLAN funktionierte gut und die Matratze war äußerst komfortabel.

Einzig das Fehlen der Möglichkeit, die Fenster zu öffnen, war bedauerlich.

The comfortable bed and pillows provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also large and well-appointed. The hotel's location was excellent, being just two blocks away from the popular pick-up/drop-off location for city tours. There were plenty of restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service.

As soon as we walked into the hotel, we were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. The lady at the check-in was engaging, chatty, and had a lovely positive vibe about her. The breakfast, bar, and concierge staff were also very friendly and professional. They made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The room was clean and tidy with good amenities. The hotel had some nice toiletries for the bathroom and the location was great. It was easy to walk to popular tourist spots and the metro station was close by. the room had a comfortable bed and the staff were friendly.

The rooms were dark and noisy, making it difficult to sleep in. There were also no blackouts available to block out the light and noise.

The location was superb, right in the centre of Avenida de Liberdade, close to key city sights and everything that we wanted to do. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and pleasant. The room had a modern, severe decor which we loved. The beds were comfy, and we were able to request more pillows to make it even comfier.

I also loved the stylish and tastefully decorated rooms, which added a unique touch to my stay.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the condition of the bathrooms, particularly the showers. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a bit more attention to detail in this area.
