The breakfast advertised did not match what was actually offered, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and shops, making it the perfect place for a quick business trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. It was great to have access to a coin laundrette and dryer. a good value for the price.

The breakfast options were more geared towards Japanese cuisine and there were limited choices for European palates. the double bed in our room was too small for two people, which was uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Quest Shimizu! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel even had a coin laundrette, which was a convenient bonus. The views of Mt. Fuji from the nearby fish market were breathtaking, and the fresh sashimi was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and amazing views.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely helpful and provided top-notch service. The location of the hotel is ideal, being very close to the train station. The view from our room was stunning, and we especially appreciated the modern amenities, including the comfortable beds and the spacious bathroom with a high-tech toilet. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we felt safe and well-protected during our stay. The free welcome drink at the reception was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the convenience of having hot and cold drinks available throughout our stay. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
