I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel on the hillside in a magnificent area. The location was simply breathtaking, with rooms on the top floor offering really nice sea views. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, with good fresh orange juice and tasty croissants to start the day.

Everything was just perfect, nothing to complain about.

During our stay at Hotel Villa Itsaso, we were delighted to find ourselves upgraded to a large apartment with breathtaking views overlooking the entire bay. The peaceful and quiet location, surrounded by a beautiful forest of eucalyptus trees, allowed us to feel completely connected to nature. Just a short 5-minute walk to the town center, we were able to explore the quaint streets and enjoy the charm of Lekeitio. The south and west-facing terrace was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and take in the stunning scenery. The staff were truly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby free car park. our stay at Hotel Villa Itsaso was a hidden gem and we highly recommend it.

Room was basic and in need of updating. Walk to town is down a steep unlit path.

The view is picturesque, rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly. The walk to the village/beach is a short 5-minute walk on a dirt path, so avoid wearing heels. The site of the hotel is stunning, with a gorgeous view over the bay and island. The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished in a neo-Basque style. The location is convenient for exploring the town and enjoying the local food.

The breathtaking views! We enjoyed waking up to the view of the sun rising over the ocean and mountains. the location is also perfect for a peaceful romantic retreat, with just a short walk to the town and beaches. We appreciated the comfortable and rustic charm of the accommodation, which included a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals.

The walk down to the town and beach can be challenging at night or for those with mobility issues. finding a parking spot in town can be a hassle so we wish there was more on-site parking available.

I got great value for my money at Villa Itsaso. The room was spotless and comfortable, with amazing views of the beach and countryside. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast delights, but it's a bit pricey for just a croissant and coffee.

the hotel is situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views of the bay and island. the neo-Basque style caseria was beautifully converted into a comfortable apartment with a double bedroom, kitchen area, and a spacious sitting room in a glass veranda. the rooms were tastefully furnished with antique features and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast served in our veranda, and the staff were young but eager to help. the private parking and pet-friendly policy were also a plus. the town and beaches were just a short walk away, offering a vibrant atmosphere and amazing seafood.
