I recently stayed at Park Hyatt for a relaxing getaway. The service was attentive, with staff going above and beyond. The room service dinner was amazing. The bathtub and swivel TV in the room were nice touches. The cathedral room had a lovely view. I liked the side/back entrance for easy access. The facilities, including the day spa and pool, were exceptional with beautiful Art Deco influences.

I do recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of theaters, good restaurants, and shops. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet.

There were some minor issues that could be improved. The noise from adjoining rooms was quite disruptive, with people entering and exiting repeatedly and letting the door slam each time, especially in the early morning.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city skyline. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There was a slight damp smell in the room upon arrival, but it dissipated after a few minutes. the breakfast options in the club on the top floor were not up to par, but the drinks and reading materials provided were satisfying.

I had an absolutely fabulous stay at this establishment. From a warm check-in with Pia at the front desk to the helpfulness of Amber, our waitress at Radii Restaurant, the staff were exceptional. the views from the Park Lounge were lovely, and the staff there were very attentive to every request. the rooms were nice with good facilities, and I was even upgraded to a deluxe room with a jacuzzi for my 50th birthday. the staff made me feel truly special by sending wine and cake to the room. the Park Hyatt just keeps getting better every time I visit, and I love this hotel.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, from the warm greetings to the helpful staff. I also appreciated the option for a late check, out, which allowed me to relax and enjoy lunch after attending my daughter's graduation at the nearby venue. the air, conditioners in the rooms were quiet and could be easily turned off, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Additionally, the blackout curtains provided complete darkness, allowing for a restful night.

The only downside was that the room I stayed in was quite dark due to the building next door blocking the natural sunlight. As a result, I had to keep the lights on throughout my stay.

Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by the classy and elegant decor of the hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. My room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful spa bath. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the great steam room, pool, and gym facilities. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to the city's attractions. I had a great stay at Park Hyatt Melbourne.

The only downside was the pricey food options at the hotel. Additionally, the TV in the room was not easily accessible from the bed.

As avid bike riders, we loved the convenient bike rental service at the hotel. It made exploring the city a breeze! The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for cycling routes.

The hotel room was very spacious, much larger than average. the location was great, just a short walk from Collins St the hotel provided a calm and relaxed atmosphere, away from the busy CBD.

The staff at the front desk were disinterested and snobbish. the room furniture looked outdated and used.

The room is very comfortable and the staff takes care of every detail to make sure you have a great stay. The spa area is also very nice. The hotel has exceptional staff and service, with a wonderful location that allows you to be close to everything without being in a noisy and busy surroundings. The facilities include a bar, restaurant, pool, gym, and tennis court. So much to like about this place.

The location of the hotel was ideal, surrounded by beautiful gardens and within a short distance to various restaurants and bars. The Radii restaurant offered a delightful dining experience, and the staff even provided wheelchair accessibility to ensure everyone could enjoy their meals. Additionally, guests appreciated the close proximity to other dining options in the area.

Despite the stunning location and pleasant dining experience, some guests mentioned that the rooms could have been cleaner.

Great CBD location, close to gardens, mall, and entertainment. Large and well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. Friendly staff, especially Mr Walker. Good breakfast and thoughtful touches for special occasions. Good value for money.
