The highlight for us was definitely the thick and comfortable beds, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's location near Shinkaichi station, away from main roads, was convenient. The wifi connection in the room was excellent as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious bathroom and separate toilet facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and helpful in answering our questions about the area. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sunroute Sopra Kobe Annesso for a week-long holiday. The hotel had everything I needed within close reach, including a huge DAISO for any last-minute essentials. The single room design was comfortable and the entire hotel had a fresh and modern feel. The artistic stain glass ceilings in the elevators added a unique touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and I was impressed by the polite and welcoming nature of the Japanese people. The location, near the subway, made it easy to explore the city. it was a great experience, especially for solo travelers like myself.

This hotel was a little Kobe gem. The staff were smart and efficient, and provided great recommendations for Kobe beef. The triple room was a good size with three comfy single beds and the sleep quality was excellent. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The location was very convenient, with a subway stop and bus stop nearby for easy commuting. There were also plenty of dining options in the area.
