We had an amazing stay at Tomariya Ueno! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Ueno station. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and spoke English fluently. The hostel was clean and stylish, exceeding our expectations. There were plenty of shower rooms and restrooms on each floor, always kept clean by the staff. The mini safe lockers in the capsule rooms were a great feature, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage before and after check-in/out. The wifi was stable, there was a lift available, and we had easy access to plugs. a fantastic experience and great value for money. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

The facilities are next level - the rooms are super clean and the bathroom is mind-blowing! They even provide hair and curly irons, cotton swabs, and luxurious body and hand creams. The shampoos and air conditioners are top-notch. The towels are big enough for the whole body, and they even give you a face towel, all without extra charge. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the station where you can catch the train to the airport. Highly recommend this jaw-dropping place!

The location was convenient, just a short 10-minute walk to Ueno JR station. the hostel itself was modern and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a great ventilation system. the bathroom was clean and separated from the dorm beds to reduce noise. the staff were friendly and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a great experience at Tomariya Ueno. the place was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. the facilities and amenities were great, and we especially appreciated the air conditioning in the dorm room that kept us comfortable overnight. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there were many opportunities to get involved with Japanese culture, such as learning Japanese phrases and origami. the location was perfect, with 7/11, FamilyMart, and Ueno Station nearby.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

I stayed at Hotel Tomariya Ueno and it was definitely worth the money! The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Ueno Station and close to Ueno Park. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast option could use some improvement, maybe a wider variety of choices would be great.
