I had a fantastic view of the lighted Ferris wheel at night and Mt Sakura in the morning. The location was excellent, just across the parking lot from the JR station. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and updated. I also appreciated the convenience of having a convenient store nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and fantastic views.

This hotel is conveniently located just next to the JR station, making it super easy to access. The room size was spacious enough for us to open two luggages simultaneously, and the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. We were impressed with the friendly staff who could speak basic English, which was better than what we had experienced at other hotels.

All was satisfactory; nothing needed improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the JR station, making it easy to travel around Kagoshima. The rooms are spacious, allowing for two luggages to be opened simultaneously. The staff are friendly and helpful, even though their English is limited. The bright lighting in the room creates a pleasant atmosphere, and the beds are comfortable for a restful sleep.

The shower curtains in the bathroom could be improved as they didn't cover the opening well, causing water to splash outside.

Great location near the main transportation hub, making it easy to explore the city. Modern and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The view from the room was amazing, especially at night.

The cigarette smell in the smoking room was very strong, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The air conditioning could not be controlled, resulting in a hot and stuffy room.
