The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a soft and supportive mattress. The breakfast had a wide variety of food options. The location was close to Umeda station and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Our stay at Ibis was fantastic! We chose this hotel for a night due to its convenient location near the train station. The staff spoke excellent English and the hotel was clean and modern. A unique feature was the separate shower in the bathroom, which is rare for Japanese hotels. Additionally, there were charging possibilities on both sides of the bed, making it convenient for us to charge our devices.

The hotel had great amenities, including a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. The location was also very convenient, close to the train station and with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were on the smaller side, making it difficult for two people to move around comfortably. the lack of storage space in the washroom was a downside.

As a tourist, I loved the convenience of having shops and eateries right beneath the hotel. It saved me the trouble of walking far to find a place to eat. The hotel's location near subways and train stations made it easy for me to navigate the city. The front office staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They quickly identified my navigation needs and provided me with English maps.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to an underground shopping mall and a convenient underground walkway towards the station. The Osaka-Umeda station complex is also nearby, making it a very convenient transportation hub. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff provide good service.

It would have been better if the hotel provided complimentary water bottles in the room.

We recently stayed at an Ibis hotel in a great location. The room was smaller but absolutely adequate, clean, and efficient. Everything we needed was there, including a super friendly and helpful staff. The bonus was the wonderful restaurant and lounge, a great place to hang out and cool off with a cocktail and friendly service. This hotel had everything we needed and was SO clean and fresh feeling.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Umeda and had a great experience. As an American traveler, I found this hotel to be perfect for non-Japanese guests. It was conveniently located near Umeda station, which made getting around easy. The staff spoke English very well, which was a huge plus. I loved that my room and the lobby offered complimentary amenities like a new toothbrush and toothpaste every day, as well as pajamas. The hotel had a modern and minimalist design that felt safe and welcoming. The rooms were warm and luxurious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the included breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good and they had a decent selection of dishes. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with recommendations. Location was convenient and close to public transportation, making it easy to get around. , they offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary drink upon check-in which was a nice touch.

The room was quite small and there wasn't much space to move around, making it hard to unpack and settle in. the walls were thin, so we could hear the noise from the street and neighboring rooms.
