We were extremely appreciative of Mandy, the manager at Rustic Inn. She went above and beyond to assist us when a medical emergency cut our stay short. Mandy quickly got us reservations near the hospital in another city and helped us get on the road quickly. The staff at Rustic Inn was friendly, the facility was clean, and the location was great. Even though we weren't part of the big, busy Jeep Safari week, our needs were met at all times. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had a useful mini-kitchen. The location itself was excellent, with easy walking access to shops and restaurants as well as plenty of parking. Nice fluffy towels and great bathroom supplies were also a bonus.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The beds, pillows, and comforter were exceptionally comfortable - like brand new and comfortably firm. The kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave was a nice bonus. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for activities and provided maps and restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect, just a block off the main strip, making it convenient to walk to restaurants and gift shops. The hotel had a pool, covered picnic table area, and chairs on the balcony for relaxation. this was the best value in a lodging stay for me in the last 10 years, if not ever.
