The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful, making it a welcoming experience. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Good room size, lovely view, helpful staff for holding luggage, comfy beds and fast WiFi. Great location with walking distance to popular areas, and close to subway stops for further exploration. Clean and almost brand new with excellent fiber internet connection. Breakfast had good options and laundry facilities available.

If you're looking for a comfortable stay, this hotel has it all! The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and lots of shops nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any request. And the value for money is unbeatable! The room is small, but cozy and well-equipped with everything you need, including a nice double bed for a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was very close to the subway, making it incredibly convenient for exploring different parts of the city. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, available 24/7 at the front desk. I also appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks offered upon arrival. Additionally, the area around the hotel was peaceful, despite being close to popular tourist spots. There were plenty of local shops and convenience stores nearby, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from not just one, but two metro stations. It's just a stone's throw from some excellent market streets with a wide variety of reasonably priced dining options. Despite being a bit away from the main tourist shopping areas around Ueno park, this location has plenty to keep you entertained.

Although the hotel offers a breakfast for reasonable prices, the menu is not clearly explained in English.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and a variety of dining options. the free welcome drink and complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. the rooms made great use of space and were kept clean.

The coin-operated laundry machines were often in use during the evenings, making it difficult to do laundry. some of the staff members were not as friendly or helpful as others, and had limited English skills, which made communication difficult at times.
