The location is great, right opposite the main train station and close to the city center. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a top-of-the-line kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, including early check-in and late check-out options. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options.

The lack of English-speaking channels on the TV was a bit disappointing.

The spacious, modern apartment was mind-blowing, with super comfy beds and modern bathrooms. The location near the train station was jaw-dropping, perfect for exploring Spain. Check-in was easy with electronic keys, and the agent went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was fantastic, with art galleries and restaurants nearby. Free luggage storage was a bonus, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very near Atocha train station and is in central Madrid. This makes it convenient to explore the city and visit most major attractions. the hotel offers spacious rooms, friendly service, and a helpful staff. The surrounding area is filled with cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket, making it easy to find meals and groceries.

There were some permanent problems with the electricity, which could be quite inconvenient for guests.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a metro station right outside and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was also very convenient to have a washing machine and a kitchenette in the room. the double paned windows did a great job at reducing noise from the busy street outside.

The water temperature in the shower was a major issue. It took forever for the hot water to come on, and even then it was inconsistent.

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the apartment was great. It was very convenient to have the metro station just a few steps away, making it easy to get around the city. The apartment was also close to some major attractions, which made it easy to visit them without having to travel too far. we enjoyed the space and the convenient location of the apartment.

One aspect that we didn't like about the apartment was the Wi-Fi. It was quite slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.

The noise from the surrounding area can be disruptive at times, especially during demonstrations or parades.

The location was mind-blowingly central - walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars, right beside the station. The apartments were super fresh and clean - modern and incredibly spacious too. We stayed with a large group and all apartments were jaw-droppingly brilliant. The staff were really helpful and made sure all 20 of us could store our luggage after check out. Communication prior to check-in was excellent, and having a metro station right outside the door was a huge plus. The apartment was light, spacious, and comfortable. Despite being in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet. a fantastic stay!

This city is a dream for art lovers, and the hotel's location couldn't be better. It's within walking distance of the two important museums and right opposite the main train station. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze as it's very near to the station. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with convenient access to transportation options and a supermarket nearby. We were able to easily walk from the train station to the hotel, and the metro station was just steps away. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to receive and hold a package for me. the apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern decor and comfortable furnishings.

One inconvenience we experienced was the unreliable check-in machine, especially when arriving after hours. We had to wait for quite some time before someone was able to assist us with checking in.

The location was super convenient, right in the heart of Madrid's vibrant nightlife. We had a blast exploring the nearby neighborhoods and checking out the trendy bars and clubs. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us insider tips on the best places to party. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our city adventure!

If I could ask for one thing, it would be for a rooftop terrace or outdoor space where we could hang out and enjoy the Madrid nightlife. It would have been amazing to have a cool rooftop bar or a chill area to socialize and meet other young travelers.
