We had a wonderful stay at this residential hotel in Osaka. the two-bedroom unit on the 10th floor was spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures. the dining area had a large table and comfortable furniture, while the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. the unit was spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly soft. We were impressed by the bathroom, which included all the essentials and even a convenient laundry machine. It was also nice to have English instructions for the appliances and the ability to control the lights with a remote. the staff were friendly and English-speaking, providing excellent service. We highly recommend staying here!

My stay at the residential hotel in Shimanouchi was great. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and there was a table where I could work. Checking in and out was a breeze, with a convenient key pick-up and drop-off at the nearby Famima. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Dotonbori.

No combs provided, but otherwise, everything was fine.

We had a very enjoyable stay. the unit was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of four adults. the location in a quiet side street ensured a good night's sleep. the small kitchen in the unit was very convenient, and the speedy wifi was a plus. We also appreciated the good-sized washing machine and its ease of use. the hotel's proximity to the subway and the convenience of a nearby limousine bus stop made our departure hassle-free.

while the unit provided three cooking pans, only one was induction, which was required for the induction stove. the lack of air conditioning in the second room meant we had to leave the door slightly open for ventilation.
