We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, making us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with luxurious amenities that stood out from other places we've stayed. The breakfast buffet was ample and delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, close to the train station and with easy access to transportation options. It was perfect for both personal and business trips, and we were also pleased to find that it was located near the Express Bus to Arima Onsen.

The service at Intercontinental was exceptional. We had a minor issue with our fries being too oily, but the staff quickly resolved it and made sure all future orders were perfect. The hotel even implemented a shared system so that every staff member knew about my preference for properly cooked fries. This level of attention to detail was impressive and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even using an ear radio communication system to ensure we were promptly attended to. The hotel itself is stunning, with ultra modern rooms that are beautifully designed and equipped with the latest gadgets. The views of the city, especially at night, were breathtaking. The facilities, including the onsen, were top-notch. our experience at Intercontinental was nothing less than perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and only a short walk to Osaka Station and Grand Front. The complimentary taxi service to the Airport Shuttle Bus was a great convenience. Our room on the 26th floor had a stunning view and we loved the separate living room and working area. The bathhouse was also a highlight, clean and enjoyable. this was the best Intercontinental Hotel experience we've had. The mattress, linen, and bath towels were all superb, making for a comfortable stay.

The room decor was contemporary and elegant, with a Japanese touch. The bathroom had multiple mirrors and good quality amenities. Plus, there was a coffee machine that worked well. The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and easy access to nearby cities like Nara and Kobe.

The front desk staff seemed distant and not very engaging. They had a hard time understanding basic English and didn't offer breakfast options upon check-in.

The hotel is conveniently located near two great okonomiyaki restaurants in the Grand Front Mall. The staff is attentive and accommodating, always holding the elevator doors and providing helpful directions. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are luxurious with separate toilet rooms and amazing Bose sound systems. The breakfast buffet is ample and delicious. The hotel also offers fitness, pool, and sauna facilities.

The complementary xmas dinner and breakfast were delightful. The hotel is located near a shopping area and public transportation, making it easy to travel. Our room had an excellent view of the city, which we enjoyed while relaxing in the comfortable bed.

The room service was not efficient and took a long time to bring us our order. The bathroom in our room had a strange smell that was not pleasant.

Room was perfect, clean with great amenities and breathtaking Umeda night view. Girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Grateful to staff members for exceptional service.
