We had a fantastic family trip to Universal Studios Park and the location of Keihan Universal Tower made it so easy to access everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, restaurants, and the park entrance. We were thrilled to find a hotel that could accommodate our family of five. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the overall facilities were nice. We especially enjoyed the on-site onsen, adding a touch of relaxation to our stay. a great experience!

The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice views of the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, making for a great overall experience.

The location of Keihan Universal Tower is unbeatable, just a short walk to USJ and surrounded by plenty of food options. We were impressed by the early check-in and free luggage storage. The upgraded room was spacious and well-equipped. Despite the language barrier with some staff, our overall experience was great.

I recently stayed at Hotel Keihan Universal Tower for my visit to Universal Studios Japan. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, as it was right outside USJ and close to the train station. There were also plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket nearby. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage after checking out. Although I didn't try the hotel's breakfast, there were numerous food outlets right outside the hotel.

Its location was perfect as it was just below Universal Walk and close to many food outlets and convenience stores. the hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. the room was comfortable enough for us, especially after a tiring day of exploring and shopping. We also appreciated the fact that the water was potable, saving us from having to buy bottled water. Keihan Universal Tower provided convenience, comfort, and a great location for our trip.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for accessing Universal Studios Japan - it was within walking distance and right next to Universal City Station. I also loved how close it was to various restaurants and entertainment options. The hotel facilities were great, including a 24-hour Lawson convenience store downstairs and an onsen on one of the upper floors. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel offered parking and transportation options, making it convenient for guests.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the complementary chocolates and champagne that were waiting for us upon arrival. the hotel's location was great, giving us easy access to the main attractions and train stations. We enjoyed the option of having breakfast delivered to our room every morning, which made our stay more relaxing and intimate.

The room was slightly outdated and the bathroom had a strong musty smell that was unpleasant. We had to ask for extra pillows and towels, as they were not automatically provided for our comfort.

We had an amazing stay at Keihan Universal Tower! the room was spacious and comfortable, allowing three of us to use the bathroom at the same time. the little extras like the sponges were a nice touch that both the kids and adults enjoyed. Plus, the location couldn't be better for visiting Universal Studios. It was right by the entrance and there were plenty of dining options downstairs. Easy access to the train station also made exploring other parts of Osaka a breeze. We can't wait to stay here again!
