The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator, robes, and toiletries. The bathroom was modern and clean, complete with a bidet-style toilet and a powerful shower. The service was top-notch, with polite and attentive staff who spoke English fluently. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered a stunning view from higher floors.

I did notice a lack of flexibility in terms of check-in time.

The staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast options were fantastic, with a variety of restaurants to choose from.

We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the in-room massage option that was reasonably priced. the hotel's location was convenient with easy access to nearby transportation and plenty of dining options. the room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the city.

there were some restrictions, such as not being able to bring in key cards and strange rules for using the pool, that made us feel uneasy.

The Aurora bar on the 45th floor and the classy bar on the ground level were fantastic spots to unwind. The staff promptly fulfilled our request for an iron. we highly recommend the Keio Plaza Hotel for an extraordinary stay. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
