I had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza. The value for money was great and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, with a branded mall just a short walk away and many halal restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was even a prayer area and halal food available.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with clearer signs for halal options.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Guangzhou for a business trip. My stay was for four nights and it was delightful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast chef knew exactly how to make over easy eggs. I also appreciated the refreshing welcome drink provided after a show. The ensuite bathroom was spacious and the office area was a great feature. I loved the comfortable chair and foot stool by the bed, along with the large lamp above. James and Mamdouh, who both speak English, were exceptionally helpful and made our stay special. The hotel's location next to a mall was convenient and the check-in was the best I've ever experienced, thanks to Laurence. The staff's English skills were top-notch, making communication easy. The hotel's internet connectivity was excellent, which is not always the case in China. I would rate my experience an 11 out of 10, mainly due to James and the exceptional service provided.

The WiFi is great with VPN installed for easy access to online files. The hotel's location near a subway station is convenient. The room service is top-notch, with excellent food. The staff is helpful, especially Joe who speaks fluent English. The nearby area offers a variety of international cuisine options.

The room and bathroom were extremely comfortable and spacious, with adequate facilities. The hotel also provided good sanitation, scented pillows, and a moderate mattress. We were pleased to find a sizable bathtub as well. As IHG members, we were delighted to receive free afternoon tea as a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check into a clean room before the official check-in time. The hotel's excellent location made it easy for us to tour and shop around the main shopping streets in this city.

I recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in the heart of Guangzhou City and I had a great time during my business trip. the rooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for a business traveler. the high-speed Wifi and multiple USB ports in the room were very convenient. the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. the hotel's convenient location near the metro station made it easy to explore the city and travel to the airport.

One aspect that could be improved was the service at the spa on the 5th floor. It was disappointing and didn't live up to the hotel's standards.

The location is convenient and close to transportation and restaurants. Miss Cindy Valencia and her team provided excellent customer service, making us feel comfortable and safe.

The hotel offered a free upgrade and other bonuses for IHG members. the room was big and comfortable with a nice bathing area. They had a good spread for breakfast in the Club Lounge, which included Hongkong style pineapple buns. the location was convenient, being close to the Taojin subway station and near shops and restaurants.

The WiFi was not good during the stay, which was frustrating for those who rely on it for communication. Some of the staff had poor English skills, making it difficult to communicate effectively.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options for different dietary preferences and needs. It was great to see that they catered to Europeans, Africans, Asians, Muslims, diabetics. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and service, minded. They were always helpful and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. the central location of the hotel was a major plus, making it easy to access the train station and explore the city.

The rooms felt a bit old, fashioned and could use some updating. the noise from the busy area outside, especially on higher floors, was quite noticeable.

High-rise hotel with fast elevators. Excellent restaurant staff, especially Sami who catered to Arabic tastes. Great neighborhood with metro, dining, and shopping options. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, spacious and clean rooms, reliable WiFi, diverse TV channels.

The staff was centrally located, fluent in English, and extremely helpful. The breakfast had a halal section with a halal egg station, which I really appreciated. The hotel also had a convenient money changer machine in the lobby. The ensuite bathroom was large and the office area was spacious. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the chair and foot stool by the bed with the large lamp above. it made me feel at home.

Loved working out at the health club with its impressive range of fitness equipment. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions, shops, and the Guangzhou Museum of Art. The children's playhouse was a great bonus for the little ones.

Oh, and let's not forget about the joy of jostling with crowds and neon signs as if they were a tourist attraction themselves. How delightful.
