Friendly staff, spacious room, private open air bath, stunning dinner and breakfast, attentive service.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful and serene location with stunning views of the nearby mountains. The room was spacious and clean, and the private balcony was a nice touch. The onsen was very relaxing and the outdoor bath was a highlight. The staff were friendly and helpful in fulfilling our requests.

The food was not up to our expectations. The dishes were too sweet, and some ingredients were not of the highest quality. We also found the number of courses overwhelming, and the quality of the execution was lacking. The overall experience did not live up to the high price tag. Additionally, the lack of in-room amenities was disappointing. We expected more for a romantic escape.

We had a memorable experience at this 4-star hotel. The location on a hill by the river provided a stunning view of the mountain opposite. The staff were very welcoming and catered to our every need in a friendly and unobtrusive manner. The room was spacious and had a sitting area and terrace. The amenities including heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV added to our comfort. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar. The hotel also had a leisure spa & wellness center with a sauna and massage facilities. The hot spring bath and open-air bath were a soothing way to relax. We were impressed with the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and shuttle service provided. we highly recommend this place to all.
